The former "Suits" actress has reportedly decided against inviting her half-brother and her dad to St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on 19 May.
Channel 4 royal comedy The Windsors is to return for a special edition to mark Harry and Meghan's marriage.
Meghan now holds a full driver's licence to drive in Canada and the USA, but as United Kingdom roads are different - with cars driving on the left hand side of the road, as opposed to the right - her current licence only gives her 12 months of driving in the United Kingdom before she must get new documentation.
