A number of well-known accounts were hit for stealing tweets without giving credit, and mass retweeting each other's content to force virality - a practice sometimes known as tweetdecking.
It is unclear whether the accounts will be suspended permanently, or whether Twitter will reinstate them in the future.
The company had also made changes to Tweetdeck and its API last month in a bid to " limit the ability of users to perform coordinated actions across multiple accounts".
Buzzfeed reported that numerous suspended accounts includes @Dory, @GirlPosts, @SoDamnTrue, @reiatabie, @commonwhitegiri, @teenagernotes, @finah, @holyfag, and @memeprovider. Many of these accounts had hundreds of thousands and even millions of followers.

Jeff Hardy Arrested For DWI After Traffic Incident
According to PWInsider , Matt recently taped a long-awaited "Ultimate Deletion" match with Bray Wyatt at his North Carolina home. Jeff was reportedly tested for alcohol, but as of this writing results for the test are still pending.
According to some reports from the Beebom, Twitter has recently removed a number of popular accounts which were indulged in mass retweeting and spamming. They gather in private Tweetdeck groups to plot out their plans to manufacture virality.
"You may not use Twitter's services for the objective of spamming anyone". This means that even if their accounts are restored, violating the spam policy will be grounds for permanent deletion. More than 50,000 Twitter accounts were allegedly linked to the Russian government and may have been used to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential elections. Which exposed almost 700,000 people to propaganda in January over the course of the 2016 US Presidential Election. However, the move of Friday to suspend known tweetdeckers is just a great action taken by the company.
The reason for the suspension is apparently the tweetdecking scheme (Twitter's rules prohibit artificially inflating engagement by, for instance, selling retweets from accounts with millions of followers), though that punishment may be lifted a some point.
