The questions follow criticism of Pruitt for traveling first class on airline flights.
A Republican who previously served as the state attorney general of Oklahoma, Pruitt has always been a champion of the oil and gas industry.

However, Bryson Morgan, who has previously served as investigative counsel at the U.S. House of Representatives Office of Congressional Ethics, said he thought the leasing arrangement created a "perception problem".
