Google Maps have released a week-long feature that allows users to navigate as Mario in Mario Kart.
It's in honour of March 10th, or "Mario Day". Mario alongside his great old Kart will hold a situation in Google Maps' arrow, which is utilized to demonstrate the area where the client is heading. The option to switch to Mario will be available to drivers for a week.
Seriously though, it's a fun nifty feature, and in this period between Pokemon Go! and whatever immersive Kirby game takes over your mobiles next, this will put Nintendo characters back on your screen, where they damn well belong.
To activate Mario Time, enter a destination and request directions in Google Maps.

Starting Saturday, Mario Time is an available feature when using Google Maps' navigation function on the latest iOS and Android app version.
The Japanese game company is now working on "Mario Kart Tour", the first time the series will appear on smartphones.
At the bottom of the screen, right beside the spot where you'd normally see "start navigation", you'll see a? question box. That partnership ultimately resulted in the birth of "Pokémon Go." Next to the "Start" button, where will be a '?' icon in the shape of the '? block' from the Mario series of video games. Just be on the lookout for blue shells and banana peels.
