Another Woman Sued to Void Trump NDA

A woman told police she was attacked in downtown Washington last month after she expressed her backing for President Trump.

A former Trump campaign staffer is suing to challenge a non-disclosure agreement that she says she was required to sign in order to work on the campaign.

She had formerly filed a discrimination case in NY state court against Donald Trump for President Inc., it added, and claims the Trump campaign wanted to move the lawsuit to arbitration due to the nondisclosure agreement.

According to Fox 5, the victim reported to police that she was involved in a conversation with the two women and a man who was with them, and at one point she stated, "I support Donald Trump".

Jessica Denson, a Los Angeles-based journalist and actress who oversaw phone banks and Hispanic outreach for the campaign, claims she was harassed by a superior.

Billions of Yen: Major Japanese Brokerage Could Rescue Crypto Exchange Coincheck
Monex did confirm this morning that they are considering the acquisition, but no official decisions had yet been made. Monex said in a statement that it is considering a takeover of Coincheck, but nothing had been decided.

The Trump campaign sought to move the lawsuit to arbitration on December 20 because the case is in breach of the non-disclosure agreement, Denson said.

Denson also alleged that a supervisor made "derogatory and demeaning comments" about her after she was promoted.

But according to Denson, the agreement is unenforceable because it's broad and it violates public policy. She had earlier filed a discrimination case against Donald Trump for President Inc.in NY state court, but the campaign sought to enforce the confidentiality deal, filing an arbitration claim asserting $1.5 million in damages. Denson is representing herself in both the original lawsuit and the lawsuit to invalidate the NDA. In the federal court case, Denson noted that her original lawsuit against the campaign "contains no allegations whatsoever pertaining to the personal life or business affairs of Donald Trump or any of his family members or businesses".

It's clear that Trump and his team are having a hard time trying to keep women from talking about their relationships or cases of abuse related to the president and his team.
