AIR Ohio’s vendor for online standardized testing reported technical issues Wednesday
The Ohio Department of Education says a login issue is causing a delay for some schools during state testing.
The department says problem effects all state tests. A school district's report card is based on the results of the test.
Teachers are reporting that the system, provided by the American Institutes for Research (AIR), has "crashed" and prevented them from testing.
"However, for those schools that are unable to do so, we're extending the English language arts testing window statewide by two days, through May 1", read a statement from the Ohio Department of Education.

According to a Columbus City Schools spokesperson, students in the district were affected by the issue.
The DOE website says that each district chooses a 15-day window for English language arts from March 26 to April 27, and mathematics, science and social studies from April 2 to May 11.
Sylvania schools started testing this week, and will have to reschedule the testing that students were slated to take Wednesday morning, Superintendent Adam Fineske said.
