Dark Souls: Remastered for Switch slips to “later this summer”
The Nintendo Switch version thought has been "postponed" until an unspecified point this summer, along with the previously announced Solaire of Astora amiibo. A flawless game to take on your summer holidays now!
The release date for Dark Souls Remastered on Switch is now simply Summer 2018.
The remastered port will include the Artorias of the Abyss DLC, as well as improved framerate and resolution from the original "Dark Souls" game.

Bandai Namco this morning dropped off a bit of bad news for Nintendo Switch owners counting the days until Dark Souls: Remastered launches. While Xbox One X and PS4 players were bragging about their high-resolution textures and 60 fps gameplay, Switch players were going to be bragging about taking on the bell gargoyles while laying in bed, or while on the way to work.
BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe S.A.S. part of BANDAI NAMCO Holdings Inc.is a leading global publisher and developer of interactive content for platforms including all major video game consoles, PC and mobile. Hopefully it's not so serious that we have to wait several months before we get to play Dark Souls on the move.
The game will sell for $39.99 for the console versions, no price has been set for the steam version yet.
