Dimitrov, Thiem survive in Monte Carlo

Grigor Dimitrov and Dominic Thiem both had to come from a set down to win their second-round matches at the Monte Carlo Masters Tuesday.

World No.36 Nishikori upset world No.18 Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic 4-6, 6-2, 6-1 in the tennis match that lasted one hour and 46 minutes here on Monday night, reports EFE news agency.
