A farm in IN is recalling more than 200 million eggs sold in nine states over salmonella fears.
More than 200 million eggs are being recalled after an outbreak of the potentially deadly salmonella bacteria was linked to a North Carolina farm.
Joyner said she thought it was a frightful virus until she saw the report about the egg recall.
The recalled eggs were distributed to supermarkets and restaurants across nine states: Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia, the Food and Drug Administration announced in a statement.

Consumers who have purchased shells eggs are urged to immediately stop using and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund.
The eggs are being sold under brand names such as Coburn Farms, Country Daybreak, Food Lion, Glenview, Great Value, Nelms, and Sunshine Farms. It is generally contracted from contaminated poultry, meat, eggs and water, and affects the intestinal tract. Healthy individuals infected with S. Braenderup can experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
