Braves All-Star Freddie Freeman took himself out of Wednesday's game against the Phillies after he was hit by a 90 miles per hour fastball from Edubray Ramos on the left wrist.
A CT scan on Thursday confirmed the good news for Freeman.
"Hopefully. I don't know". Instead, tests on the wrist showed no structural damage.
"Hopefully he's OK", starter Brandon McCarthy said of Freeman.
