Earlier this week, Huawei confirmed its plans of launching its latest P20 series smartphones in the Indian market on April 24. Now, according to a listing on Amazon, the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro will be sold in India via Amazon exclusively. There is no information on whether the country will be receiving the P20.
In terms of specifications, the P20 Pro comes with a big 6.1-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2244×1080 pixels. Similar to the iPhone X, the P20 Pro display has a notch on the top, albeit not as wide. The fingerprint sensor on P20 Pro is embedded inside the front-facing home button. The smartphone gets a16MP snapper on the front for selfies. The P20 Pro has a triple Leica camera setup, making it the first smartphone in production with such a feature; and the P20 Lite includes a 24-megapixel selfie camera with 3D Portrait lighting. It has a lighter shade of the Twilight Blue colour variant. The smartphone was launched in Europe at a price of Euro 899, which is almost Rs 73,000 plus on conversion. Honor 10 comes with Kirin 970 chip and 6GB of RAM. We don't expect the smartphone to be priced the same here in India but it should still be quite expensive with a price tag of somewhere around the Rs.65,000 mark.
On the rear there are two cameras, with a 16MP color sensor alongside a 23MP monochrome lens, while a 3.5mm headphone jack resides on the base of the phone and Android 8.0 Oreo features on screen with EMUI 8 running over the top of it.

Huawei P20 Lite will be a mid-range device, expected to be priced at around Rs 20,000. Other features include a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support, an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and HiFi audio. In Europe, the P20 Lite costs 369 Euros, which comes to Rs 30,000 on conversion.
Huawei P20 Pro comes with Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMIUI 8.1 out of the box. The smartphone has a dual-camera setup at the back with 24-megapixel and 16-megapixel lenses. The phone is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC with 4GB and it comes with 64GB storage, which is expandable. The pair of smartphones is acknowledged worldwide for their camera capabilities.
