Airtel Rs. 249 Pack Launched Offers 2GB Data Per Day Along With Unlimited Calling Roaming and 100 Free SMS Per Day
While FTTH can get problematic in large homes and offices, and Jio has been working on a strategy to use the existing electric wiring to transmit data and TV signals across the house. The company offers 2GB data per day, unlimited voice calls, 100SMS per day and complimentary subscription to Jio apps for 28 days. Users can check the plan whether it is available for them or not on the official website or on the Idea application. In addition, it also offers unlimited local, STD and roaming calls to any network in India and 100 SMS messages per day with a total validity of 28 days. The trial service is offering unlimited internet at 100 mbps for a security deposit of Rs 4,500. The broadband plan comes with a data rollover facility, which allows users to carry forward unused data to the next billing cycle. Now, in a bid to compete with Airtel, telecom operator Idea too has come up with a tariff plan for its prepaid customers that's priced at ₹249. The company has revised the plan for some selected users. Earlier the validity of the plan was 70 days. There is a cap of 2GB on data and 250 minutes for voice calls, per day. The company has also been providing a special router, which connects multiple devices, with a multi-service operator (MSO) licence in place to offer TV services. Unlike Idea cellular, Jio also offers unlimited voice calling without any restriction on daily calling hours. As one can compare, Airtel's plan is identical to Idea's plan with the same amount of everyday data cap.
