Jay Schwandt says there's'no chance the couple will have another child though he's made similar statements before
A MI couple welcomed their 14th child into the world Wednesday.
Jay Schwandt said earlier this year that he would have loved to have a girl, but didn't think would be in the cards.
With their last few children, the couple also decided against learning the baby's sex before the birth.
WOOD-TV reports Jay and Kateri Schwandt's latest addition was born on Wednesday evening - five days before the baby's expected due date. You know, we get plenty of comments, you know out there online about you know how insane we are and how unfair it is and everything.
The pair said they are done having children- but mom Kateri said 13 would be their last
The oldest of the 13 kids is in his 20s and the youngest, before the baby, is two.
Fourteen children is nothing new for Kateri Schwandt - she's one of 14 children herself - but not 14 boys, obviously. His name wasn't immediately announced, AP reported.
The Schwandts said they went to the hospital Wednesday morning and were sent home around 2:30 p.m.
