Instead of creating a Cumulative Update package to service these issues, we made a decision to create a new build with the fixes included.
We were disappointed when Microsoft delayed the Spring Creators Update, its next big overhaul of the Windows 10 operating system, but also curious to know what was serious enough to halt the much-hyped update, and now Microsoft has revealed why.

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17133 (RS4) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. The company said that the build carries no new features and only brings fixes for some issues.

The blog post says that it includes the fixes from last week's cumulative update, and a few other reliability fixes that Microsoft wanted to hammer out. Stories did however seem to work as intended on Windows 10 PCs which are naturally more powerful than Windows 10 Mobile smartphones and could handle the extra processing necessary for the real-time video editing.
Either way, Build 17134 will most likely be the Redstone 4 RTM now unless Microsoft runs into another blocking bug. In certain cases, these reliability issues could have led to a higher percentage of (BSOD) on PCs for example.
We fixed an issue where clicking suggested search terms when typing in the Microsoft Edge URL bar didn't do anything.
Past releases have shown that even smaller Windows updates result in an increased number of bugs and issues that Windows users experience after installation. But if all goes well, Windows 10 17134 will be the RTM build for Windows 10 version 1803 - which should technically be 1804 now.
