Moto G6
The G6 will go on sale in the United Kingdom from 2 May at a starting price of £219. That means it's also the priciest of the bunch at £269 - a full £100 more than the Moto G6 Play.
All the devices sport the now trending 18:9 display along with a headphone jack ( it has become necessary to mention this feature in this age).
Overall, the Moto G6 feels pretty zippy, although we did experience some moments of sluggishness when trying out the camera - in particular, there can be a delay after pressing the shutter before a photo's taken, which means it's easy to miss the moment. We'll let you know how the Moto G6 Plus does when we've fully reviewed it.
The device packs a 12MP rear camera and comes with a memory/ storage configuration of 2GB/ 16GB and 3GB/32GB. The Moto G6 Plus has a 12MP one and a 5MP one, while the Moto G5S Plus has a pair of 13MP snappers. There is fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone with a front-facing camera.
The Moto E5 Plus is backed by a massive 5,000mAh battery while the Moto E5 Play has a smaller 2,800mAh battery.
Both handsets support fast charging, which Moto brands as TurboPower (you have to say that in an Austin Powers voice).
The device houses a rear-facing fingerprint sensor.
In terms of video, the G6 has a maximum video resolution of 1080p Full HD up to 60fps.

Inside, the G6 features a Snapdragon 450 processor, the G6 Plus has a Snapdragon 630, and the G6 Play has a Snapdragon 430. It's worth noting that both handsets lack an NFC chip and both come with a microUSB port, instead the more contemporary USB Type-C.
The Nokia 5 shipped with Android Nougat 7.1.1 but depending on your region is now upgradeable to Oreo 8.0. All three come with f/1.7 apertures. All the three smartphones come with Snapdragon processor under-the-hood and run stock Android Oreo out-of-the-box.
As for pricing and availability, the Moto G6 will set you back US$249, while the Moto G6 Play will go for $199 - it's in this pricing that Motorola is really hoping to stand out, and that's a lot less than the super-powered flagships of 2018 will cost you.
