Panthers Will Open The 2018 Season At Home Full Schedule Inside
After a Week 2 contest at Atlanta, the Panthers host Cincinnati in Bank of America Stadium on September 23 in Week 3. This game shouldn't be played at all - the NFL's four-exhibition mandate is a farce - and the fact that Pittsburgh and Carolina also play later in the season in a very meaningful game means that this one will be even more vanilla.

The game against the Steelers marks the first of three straight games against teams with winning records last season, as the Steelers went 13-3 and advanced to the AFC Divisional Round. Dickson hit free agency this offseason and in March signed a three-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle finished 9-7 past year and wound up second in the NFC West. Carolina is 1-3 in Charlotte and 1-3 in Seattle in the previous eight meetings between the two teams. He didn't start another game that season.
Newton and the Panthers will open their season in a 4:25p game on September 9th against the Dallas Cowboys in a matchup that is sure to delight fans of both the Panthers and the opposing Cowboys, but more importantly, will make Ron Rivera and the rest of the team happy after they'd opened the past four seasons on the road.
All in all, the schedule looks to be a favorable one for the Panthers.
