The Australian lay missionary is a human rights advocate who has been living in the Philippines for 27 years, according to various media outlets. PES earlier condemned the killings under Duterte's war on drugs.
The CBCP said Fox recently joined the International Fact-Finding and Solidarity Mission in Mindanao.
