Armando Luis Juarez was arrested near Oak Lawn after a five-hour manhunt and is charged with murder. He remains in the Dallas County Jail with his bond amount now increased to more than $2 million. Officer Santander's death brings that number to 25.
A candlelight vigil will be held for Dallas Police Officer Rogelio Santander tonight, April 26, at the Northeast Patrol Station, 9915 Northwest Highway.
