The show, hosted by Zoe Ball, is happening at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 21st April from 20.00 to 21.40 and includes appearances from Sir Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue, Sting, Shaggy, Shawn Mendes, Craig David, Jamie Cullum, Alfie Boe and many more.

It will take place at the end of the week in which The Queen will be hosting the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in the UK.
