Stevante Clark, the older brother of Stephon Clark, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of threatening to cause death or serious injury, as well as calling 911 to annoy or harass, according to Sacramento County jail booking information.

He was booked into the Sacramento County Jail for criminal threats to another person, felony assault, felony vandalism, and abusing the 911 emergency line.

Stevante Clark, 25, the brother of slain 22-year-old Stephon Clark was arrested in Sacramento on charges on Thursday. He is ineligible for bail.
