Trump Warns Russia US Missiles 'Will Be Coming' to Syria

US President Donald Trump has said in a tweet that Russian Federation should "get ready" for US missile strike on Syria in response to the chemical weapon attack on a town outside Damascus at the weekend.

Although officials said the singular target was Mr Assad's chemical weapons capability, his air force - including helicopters he allegedly has used to drop chemical weapons on civilians - were spared.

Explosions lit up the skies over Damascus, the Syrian capital, as Trump spoke from the White House.

Russian Federation and Iran called the use of force by the U.S. and its allies a "military crime" and "act of aggression".
