Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah will meet the leaders of the party's various cells like Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, OBCs and minorities on May 17 to give a pep talk to them asking them to convey to different sections the various schemes that the NDA government is bringing for their benefit.
Shah said that the Congress has reached such a point that even if its President Rahul Gandhi were to use binoculars, he would not be able to locate his party.
While addressing party workers and leaders in Bhopal on Friday, Shah said in the upcoming assembly elections the party workers should focus on the victory margins.
Setting the stage for assembly elections due in Madhya Pradesh later this year, Shah said since the BJP came to power at the Centre in 2014, it had formed governments in 14 states starting with Maharashtra, while the Congress has lost badly in elections. He said, "If each of the workers spend five days preparing for polls, we will win in 2018 with the help of our organisation". Shah arrived in Bhopal from Karnataka.
