Bridge Crew TNG Expansion
Though Star Trek The Original Series is considered iconic, many Star Trek fans, particularly among the virtual reality (VR) generation, grew up watching the voyages of Captain Picard and the USS Enterprise 1701-D. If you want to dive in ahead of time, Star Trek: Bridge Crew is available now for $49.99. The Romulans have been added in as enemies, as well as the Borg. The new DLC will feature Star Trek: The Next Generation themed content, the details of which have been outlined in a post on the PS Blog.
Developer Red Storm Entertainment has revealed that its multiplayer VR game Star Trek: Bridge Crew will be getting brand new DLC.
The randomised mission generator "Ongoing Voyages" has two new missions added, titled Resistance and Patrol, both of which have all new voice work and mission mechanics. In Resistance mode, players will be tasked with evading a pursuing Borg Cube and completing a series of objectives before battling the Borg in a final epic confrontation. This will focus on the management of the crew and require planning as players place NPCs in different positions on the ship. With this addition, the engineering role has been replaced with "operations", and in this role players have to manage crew and ship buffs.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew The Next Generation expansion will be available for PlayStation VR and PS4, playable with and without VR, on May 22 for $14.99.It will be available on PC on July 21 for VR players on HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality, as well as support for non-VR players. The expansion will be playable cross-platform for all devices.
Additionally, they'll be a new command role in the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC 1701-D called Operations.
Star Trek: Bridge Crew is now available for PC, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, PS4, and PlayStation VR.
