The Bruins' third line can't be expected to light the lamp every game, but they can be expected to create chances on offense, and play well enough in their own zone to be thrown out there in any situation. They're capable of playing better than they have in this series. At the beginning of the second frame the Bruins executed some successful cycles, got the matchups they wanted and had Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman pinned in for 4:35, but the Lightning barely had to sweat while keeping the Bruins from tightening the score. And while the B's did not deserve to win last night, they very well could have felt they were at times playing against two teams in both these games at Amalie.
