It turns out cocaine really can be delivered quicker than pizza, too.
Professor Alex Stevens, a criminologist at the University of Kent, said the findings highlight England and Scotland as having some of the highest levels in Europe.
Some of the swiftest responses to drug orders were in the United Kingdom where 86 per cent of cocaine users in Scotland claimed they could receive a delivery within a day.
"This report shows again that the government's ambition to create a "society free of drugs" is completely unrealistic".
Around 36.8% of people surveyed in England said they could get cocaine within 30 minutes, and 37.4% in Scotland, placing them fifth and sixth in the world rankings.
The Netherlands had a rate of 39.6%, 38.5% in Denmark and 34.15% in Czech Republic.
Globally, of 15,000 cocaine users surveyed around the world, 30% said they would be able to get cocaine delivered within half an hour or less compared to 17% of users who said they could get a pizza delivered in that time.
The shorter the time between purchase and delivery, the better it is for business.
The study identified Glasgow in Scotland as the city where more people than anywhere else, almost 90 per cent, said they could receive same-day cocaine deliveries.

Barcelona to face Mamelodi Sundowns in Mandela Centenary Cup
Mandela represented the struggle for freedom and equality in the country, and played a huge role in unifying the racially divided society.
The strict border patrols, and the high cost of importing the drug into Australia, and New Zealand are thought to be the main drivers of the price.
The report also found that in recent times, drug dealers have been competing on product quality and speed of delivery.
Users in England paid an average of £72 for one gram of cocaine, compared to around £4.70 per gram in cocaine heartland Colombia.
In the U.S. the numbers of drug-related deaths have also surged. Drugs sold on the dark web are perceived to be purer because the retailers are fearful of low reviews and their impact on their business.
The GDS also revealed that there's been a rise in people buying drugs on the dark net and 1 in 5 GHB users reported passing out each year.
"With many cities covered with CCTV cameras, traditional street dealing is becoming less attractive to many suppliers and consumers", the statement continues.
Using darknet markets and encrypted messaging, it is relatively safe and easy to get drugs delivered to your door.
"Thus, it's not surprising that the next customer service upgrade was going to be the growth of sophisticated and rapid drug delivery services in many of our big cities".
