Hawaii coach Nick Rolovich calls out Oregon State for trying to recruit current players

NCAA Bylaw 13.1.1.3 precludes athletics staff members of member institutions from contacting student-athletes at other four-year institutions without first obtaining written permission from the director of athletics at the institution where the student-athlete is enrolled. Rolovich posted to Twitter some recruiting packets that were sent to Hawaii's campus and addressed to current Hawaii players that were sent by Oregon State. Rolovich also points out that the spring game the Oregon State coaches were inviting Hawaii players to was the same day as the Hawaii spring game.
