Commenting on the Nawaz Sharif's demand to annul decision of his disqualification from the parliament through vote, Durrani said decision of disqualification of Nawaz Sharif neither can be changed by Pakistani parliament, nor General Assembly of United Nations.
Pakistan's top anti-corruption body National Accountability Bureau has ordered a probe against the ousted prime minister of the country Nawaz Sharif and others for allegedly laundering United States dollars 4.9 billion to India, reported the Express Tribune.
NAB did not name the publication that carried the report but the statement claimed the amount was laundered to India's finance ministry, leading to a rise in India's foreign exchange reserves and affecting Pakistan. A NAB statement said the bureau's chairman had taken notice of a media report that made this claim.
Sharif was removed from office in 2017 by the Supreme Court in connection with the Panama Papers case trial concerning overseas wealth of his family.

Sharif is facing a slew of anti-corruption inquiries in Pakistan, including at the accountability court following the Supreme Court's verdict in the Panama Papers case.
"He must know that First Information report (FIR) has been registered against "House of Sharif" for possessing assets disproportionate to his declared sources of income, corruption charges and money laundering", he said.
Earlier in March, the Supreme Court had granted a two-month extension to the accountability court to wrap the proceedings. In February, the apex court also disqualified Sharif as the head of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
