Rapper TI Arrested For Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness

The rapper TI has been arrested on disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and simple assault charges as he tried to enter his gated community outside Atlanta, police have said. He says he called out the guard for sleeping on the job, and a "very heated debate" ensued, but nothing ever became physical - "may have been hurt by my words", T.I. told The Blast.

Henry County Deputy Police Chief Mike Ireland said T.I. was arrested around 4:30 a.m. after he got into an argument with a security guard.

BTW, T.I.'s already been released ... without bail. During the argument, he told the guard, "Don't you know who I am?" "The guard was sound asleep when Tip arrived at the guardhouse".

He had arrived at the gated community where he resides but didn't have his key, according to police.

ME behind the eight ball as states sprint to legalize sports gambling
That concern, she pointed out, wouldn't apply here, where it is obvious to all that PASPA is the source of the gambling ban. Of the liberals, only Justice Elena Kagan, the most tactically sophisticated of the group, joined Alito's opinion in full.

Texas, Alabama Football Teams Schedule Home & Home Series
Texas (898/2nd NCAA) and Alabama (891/5th NCAA) have combined to play 248 years of football and post 1,789 all-time victories. The Crimson Tide defeated the Longhorns 37-21 in that game, but Texas still leads the overall series 7-1-1.

Total halts $2 billion gas project in Iran
SP11 is the biggest proposed project between an worldwide oil company and Iran and if Total withdraws, it will likely deal a significant blow to Tehran.

A WSB reporter also posted T.I.'s mugshot on Twitter. In 2009, he was sentenced to one year and one day in prison and ordered to pay $100,300 for federal weapons charges after his sentence was reduced via plea bargain from 10 years and a $250,000 fine.

Still, he claims the security guard, who was African-American, "antagonized" him and had "every opportunity" to apologize for sleeping, but the guy refused. The rapper contacted his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, who confirmed that her husband should be allowed inside the community. The guard continued to refuse entry without justification. He says the guard eventually called the police, but says the law enforcement near his home are "white cops in a very white area", and he was promptly arrested. Attorney Sadow says the officers had no interest in "hearing Tip's side of the story and wrongfully chose to end the situation by arresting Tip".

Aside from being a rapper and actor, T.I.is also a activist involved in local and national social issues.
