Kylian Mbappe was injured in training ground on Tuesday handing France a massive scare ahead of World Cup tournament.

The Paris Saint-Germain forward crumpled to the floor after the challenge from Rami and remained on the ground for several minutes as the medical staff assessed the injury.

Les Bleus continued preparations for the World Cup at the Glebovets Stadium in Istra on Tuesday, but Didier Deschamps's session came to a grinding halt when Mbappe went down in apparent agony.

But Mbappe took to Twitter after the incident, saying: "I'm fine, it's just a knock so it doesn't matter but thank you for your messages".

Mbappe also issued another positive fitness update on Rami's Instagram, telling the defender in the treatment room that he was feeling OK.
