'Orange Is The New Black' Season 6 Takes It To The Max

On top of new inmates to worry about, they are being interrogated about what happened during the riot and who was in charge, likely meaning someone is going to have a serious amount of years added to their sentence.

Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for Season 6 of Orange Is the New Black, which picks up in the aftermath of last season's riot that rocked Litchfield Penitentiary.

They sure waited until the last minute, but we finally have an Orange is the New Black Season 6 trailer. The fates of Piper, Alex, Taystee, Cindy, Suzanne, Red, Nicky, Blanca, Freida and Gloria were left up in the air at the end of Season 5 as guards stormed the pool, but judging from the teaser, it looks like everyone made it out of the riot alive.

Orange is the New Black Season 6 premieres July 27 on Netflix.

Unless Orange Is the New Black is doing something wildly experimental and weird, you can probably expect their return. It will be weird not to see the familiar walls of the old prison, but there's a lot of possibilities with this new prison, especially since it looks like some of the inmates are getting their own cells.

It's jarring to see these women that we've followed for so many seasons in a new prison, immediately evoking a feeling of dread. Will they take plea deals and turn on each other or band together and keep their bonds intact?
