Trump says May is doing Brexit wrong, threatening United States trade deal

Mr. Trump landed in London on Thursday afternoon for a four-day visit that includes tea with the Queen at Windsor Palace, a black-tie dinner at Winston Churchill's birthplace and a few rounds of golf in Scotland.

Newly appointed Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab said the plans called for an "innovative and unprecedented economic partnership" between Britain and the EU.

The long-awaited document proposes keeping Britain and the European Union in a free market for goods, with a more distant relationship for services.

Ms May's "business-friendly" Brexit plan - which would keep Britain in a free trade zone for goods with the European Union but mean it has to share some European Union rules - was agreed by her cabinet only last Friday after two years of wrangling since Britons voted to leave the bloc in a 2016 referendum. Johnson and Brexit Secretary David Davis quit days after May announced a Brexit deal that was forged at Chequers, the prime minister's country house.

A trade deal with the United States is one of the main aims of Brexit supporters within May's Conservative Party, who are concerned that she is making too many concessions to the EU.

"If they do a deal like that, we would be dealing with the European Union instead of dealing with the United Kingdom, so it will probably kill the deal", Trump said, according to The Sun.

He continued: "I think he has not been hospitable to a government that is very important".

Mr Trump was scathing about the white paper Brexit deal put forward by Mrs May, but nice about her on a personal level.

Trump told the tabloid, Britain's best-selling newspaper, that he would have gone about Brexit in a different way.

He added: "I would have done it much differently".

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle visit Ireland
The couple walked past the ecstatic royal fans standing five deep against crash barriers, greeting as many of them as they could. Later in the evening, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a reception held at the British Ambassador to Ireland's home.

Boris Johnson accused her of allowing the United Kingdom to simply become a "colony of the EU" while Mr Davis's former chief-of-staff said it was a "Hotel California Brexit" where we never leave.

Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May has a Brexit plan, but might not have enough votes to see it through parliament, Politico reported. I think she is a nice person.

Asked if he could become prime minister he added: "Well I am not pitting one against the other". The detail of exactly how that will work won't be known until a review of migration is concluded, but the White Paper says new arrangements will allow businesses to hire the workers they need, and visa-free travel will be extended to tourists and businesspeople on short-term work visits. "I hope, I trust that the European Union will engage with our proposals in the same spirit", he said to jeers from lawmakers who were not given the document.

"There's too much red tape, susceptibility to fraud, a huge burden for our machine, uncertainty as to how to update as rules and procedures change, uncertainties about the application of European Union law, and so on", said a Brussels source.

She'll also be hoping Mr. Trump ignores the thousands of people protesting his visit.

More than 60,000 people have signed up to demonstrate in London on Friday when protesters intend to fly a large balloon over parliament portraying Trump as an orange, snarling baby.

"I'm going to a pretty hot spot right now, right?" I haven't been there in a long time.

Continuing his bitter and unfounded attacks against Khan, he blamed the mayor for the recent spate of terrorist attacks in London. Look at what is going on in London.

"He is thankful for the wonderful welcome from the Prime Minister here in the U.K". "I think he's got what it takes". Allowing the immigration to take place in Europe is a shame.
