However, it's thought she'll be ready to leave hospital this week and she's reportedly agreed to head back into rehab to help her beat her addictions and get back on the road to sobriety.

According to one source, she'll be leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center "any day now" and will go straight to a live-in rehab facility, though the details of which one have yet to be revealed.

Lovato was found unconscious in her bed her Hollywood Hills home following a night of partying on July 24.

Another source says Demi's decision to seek treatment was encouraged by her family.

Demi experienced complications after her apparent overdose and remained in the hospital with extreme nausea and fever. A source told ET that the 25-year-old singer is "doing much better" after her reported overdose last Tuesday. It's her choice to go to rehab.

Lovato, who shot to fame on the Disney series Sonny With A Chance, had been sober for six years, but suffered a relapse earlier this year. "She understands that it will take a lot of work and commitment to stay healthy, but this is what she wants". In the song, she apologized for letting down her family and fans.
