Facebook removed more than 100 accounts that it believes may have been involved in "coordinated inauthentic behavior" ahead of Tuesday's midterm elections. "We had already blocked most of these accounts yesterday, and have now blocked the rest", Facebook added.

Facebook says it removed 30 Facebook accounts and 85 Instagram accounts. The blocked Facebook pages reportedly communicated mainly in French and Russian although the majority of accounts on Instagram were English-speaking.
