Amazon's Don't Worry Trailer Teams Joaquin Phoenix, Jonah Hill & Jack Black

Adapted from John Callahan's memoir of the same name, the film follows the late quadriplegic artist - paralyzed by a vehicle accident when he was 21 - as he finds a new direction in life as a cartoonist. But when he reluctantly enters treatment, with encouragement from his girlfriend (Rooney Mara) and a charismatic sponsor (Jonah Hill), Callahan discovers a gift for drawing edgy, irreverent newspaper cartoons that develop a national following and grant him a new lease on life.

The short teaser is accompanied by John Lennon's "Isolation", somewhat of a deep cut from Lennon's debut solo album, but it seems ideal for the tone of the trailer. Trailers for his forthcoming crime saga "You Were Never Really Here" and the biblical epic "Mary Magdalene" have already come out, and now the first clip promoting the biopic "Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot" has been released in advance of its debut later this month at the Sundance Film Festival.

Callahan didn't become a cartoonist until after his accident, turning to art as therapy in the aftermath of his injury.

Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot is based on John Callahan's autobiography of the same name, and it sees Joaquin Phoenix playing the man whose life was changed by a near fatal auto accident, confining him to a wheelchair, and leading him down a completely different path than he ever meant to take. Though he died in 2010 from complications from his condition, Callahan's legacy of unique artistry and of refusing to let others define him exclusively by his disability continues to endure. The story is by Jack Gibson & William Andrew Eatman, and Charles-Marie Anthonioz, Mourad Belkeddar, Steve Golin and Nicolas Lhermitte are producing.
