The cause of the fire is not yet known.

A fire has broken out near the top of Trump Tower in New York City.

According to WABC-TV, the fire has been put out and no injuries have been reported.

Trump's wife Melania and young son Barron lived in Trump Tower through the first few months of Trump's presidency, but the family moved into the White House in June previous year.
