Fire broke out at Bengaluru's Kailash Bar and Restaurant
Five employees of the restaurant, who were sleeping inside it, died in the fire.
At least five people died after a fire broke out early morning at a bar in Bengaluru's Kalasipalyam area early morning today.
Reports suggest that out of the five victims, three of the deceased were in their early twenties. The fire tenders were immediately rushed to the spot and the incident was controlled.

The victims have been identified as Swami, 23, Prasad, 20, Mahesh, 35 - from Tumkur in Karnataka - Manjunath, 45, of Hassan and Keerthi, 24, of Mandya. According to sources, the bodies, which were retrieved from Kailash Bar, have been sent to Victoria Hospital for post-mortem.
The cause of fire is not known, and an investigation is on, an unidentified senior police officer said. Kailash Bar and Restaurant is licensed (class-9 license) in the name of one RV Dayashankar.
The incident comes close to the heels of the fire accident in Mumbai's Kamala Mills Compound on December 29, in which 14 people were killed and 19 injured.
