Deadpool 2 is right around the corner, but it'll be the last X-Men-related movie for a while as both X-Men: Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants have now been pushed back to 2019. He has been a producer on every X-Men movie or spinoff since First Class, and is also an executive producer on the TV series Legion and The Gifted.
As it stands, The New Mutants is now set for release on August 2nd, 2019.
Collider's source has it that over half of The New Mutants could up end up being reshot, which is set to star Game Of Thrones alum Maisie Williams and Split breakout star Anya Taylor-Joy.

Director Josh Boone's film was already pushed back by 10 months in January, amid a larger refshuffling of the studio's X-Men slate, from April 13, 2018 to February 22, 2019, purportedly to ratchet up the horror elements, and to add another character.
