Wonder Woman 2 Adds Pedro Pascal
Warner Bros. and DC Films' have reportedly roped in Game of Thrones actor Pedro Pascal to play a key role in Wonder Woman 2.
Actor Kristen Wiig recently came aboard the project and will be essaying the role of supervillain Cheetah. It will be the second time for him to work with the director after previously teaming up in TV movie "Exposed".
Pascal is known for his roles in Game Of Thrones and Narcos. He starred in Fox's Kingsmen: The Golden Circle, has a role opposite Denzel Washington in Antoine Fuqua's sequel to The Equalizer, which debuts July 20. He will also be seen in "If Beale Street Could Talk" that will be released sometime this year. Previous reports have revealed that the movie may be set in the 1980s, just after the end of the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union.

Jenkins, who also helmed the first film, returns to direct the sequel after paving the way to a momentous deal with the success of the first film. Set to arrive in theaters November 1, 2019, Wonder Woman 2 will reportedly take place in the 1980s, against the backdrop of the Cold War.
