Old video footage of Morgan Freeman making suspect comments to reporters has been republished after he was accused of sexual harassment. She said it was her experience with Freeman that drove her to find out whether he had harassed other women. "Three said he made public comments about women's clothing or bodies". He won an Oscar for best supporting actor in 2005 for his role in "Million Dollar Baby" and has been nominated for four other Academy Awards.

"Any accused person has the right to due process, but it is our starting point to believe the courageous voices who come forward to report incidents of harassment", the statement read.
