JR Smith was called for a flagrant foul during the fourth quarter of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday after committing a dirty play.
Nearly immediately, Celtics guard Marcus Smart came to Horford's defense.
Smith pushed Al Horford while he was up in the air as he was going for a dunk.
It seemed like Smith was heading for a flagrant two for a risky act that could have injured Horford, but instead, all he got was a flagrant one. He and Smart also got techinals for thier confrontation.
