Joachim Loew has revealed his provisional 27-man squad for the upcoming 2018 World Cup in Russian Federation.
The 27-man squad announced on Tuesday by Germany coach, Joachim Low, is made up of four goalkeepers, nine defenders, ten midfielders and four strikers.
"Manuel is getting back into full training this week at Bayern Munich, that assures us that he can tolerate the full load in the training camp", explained Loew.
Gotze scored the winning goal in the 2014 final against Argentina in 2014 to seal the Nationanelf's fourth World Cup.
The FIFA World Cup titleholders will have to submit their final 23-man squad including three goalkeepers on June 4. "He has great intelligence in the game and in the second half of the season he was in really good form".
