Indonesia: Bomb explodes at police station in Surabaya
National police chief Tito Karnavian said the girl, who was with two of the attackers on a motorcycle, survived being thrown by the blast at Surabaya's police headquarters.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attacks on Sunday.
Use of children: The latest attack comprised similar characteristics to Sunday's church attacks, in that each were carried out by a single family, and in both bombings, young children made up part of the suicide squad.

The coordinated attacks killed 18 people, including the bombers, and injured more than 40. Jemaah Islamiyah, the al-Qaida affiliated network responsible for the Bali attacks, was obliterated by a sustained crackdown on militants by Indonesia's counterterrorism police with US and Australian support.

Karnavian said the father of the family that carried out the church bombings was head of the Surabaya cell of Jemaah Anshorut Daulah, an Indonesian militant network affiliated with IS that has been implicated in attacks in Indonesia in the past year.
The authorities originally said the family of six were among hundreds of Indonesians who had returned from conflict-hit Syria but have since said the family did not actually travel there.
The country's top security minister Wiranto, who goes by one name, said the revised law would allow security authorities to take "pre-emptive" action to stop attacks.
The attacks occurred within minutes of each other, according to Surabaya police spokesman Frans Barung Mangera.
The mother targeted one church alongside her two daughters, aged nine and 12, while the father and two sons attacked two other churches.
"If he had not stopped the bombers, there would have been more victims (inside the church)", he said.
