Today last chance to vote early for primaries

This year, Haywood County Election Director Robbie Inman said it was determined in Raleigh that candidates with last names that start with "F" will appear first and the remaining names will follow alphabetically.

Early voting for the March 6 Republican and Democratic primaries ends March 2.

Hunt County Elections Administrator Mina Cook said another 455 Republicans voted early in person Thursday, with 40 ballots by mail having been received, along with four limited ballots.

In order for independent voters to continue to have a meaningful voice in helping decide who Idaho's next governor will be, it is necessary that they register as a Republican and vote in the upcoming Republican gubernatorial primary election. Republican votes are up about 17%. But there's no question that enthusiasm is high among Democrats.

Woodhouse said the crowded fields debunk the notion that "somehow Republican-drawn districts are a hindrance to getting people to run for office".

There are three candidates running for Haywood County Clerk of Court, and all are Democrats. But ousting Cruz seems unlikely.

In District 1, Rick Casey and Frank O. Hester, both Republicans, will meet in a primary that will decide the overall victor, after incumbent Charlotte White decided not to run again and no Democrats filed.

"We've seen a surge of liberal enthusiasm in deep red states like Georgia, Alabama and Oklahoma". "We always hoped the liberal wave would never hit Texas, but these early voting returns aren't encouraging so far".

LaTayla Drake who voted on Tuesday in McLennan County said choosing her elected officials was important for her.

Ted Cruz faces some game challengers in the 2018 Senator race. "They are helping me to Make America Great Again!"
