Donald Trump Is Back To Attacking 'Alex' Baldwin Over His 'SNL' Impression
President Donald Trump took to Twitter early Friday to slam old foe Alec Baldwin, who said in a recent interview that he's growing tired of playing the president on SNL.
Trump first posted the tweet before 6 a.m., calling him "Alex Baldwin" and describing his career as "dieing (SIC)" and "mediocre", adding it was "saved by his impersonation of me on SNL". Alex, it was also agony for those who were forced to watch.
The president subsequently deleted and resubmitted the statement without typos. If he has to play Trump after the president's first term, Baldwin suggested that he might leave the country.
Last year, Baldwin had intimated that his Trump impression probably had a shelf-life. In a tweet in October 2016, a month before the presidential election, he called the parody a "hit job". Trump was not amused - and not good at spelling so early in the morning.
But Trump lashed out after being skewered by "SNL" sketches. An hour later, Trump tweeting an attack on him.

As North Korea continued its nuclear arms development and Congress showed few signs of striking deals on immigration and combating gun violence - two things Trump says he wants to pass ASAP - the president was using his social media account to fire back at Baldwin. "To me Trump is someone who is always searching for a stronger, better word, but he never finds it".
But why agony? Based on his comments, Baldwin seems ready for a change and hopes voters "get rid of" Trump.
